Andrew has fertility and gynaecological specialist practices in Robina on the Gold Coast and also in Brisbane. On the Gold Coast he is now situated conveniently in the Rocket Building, opposite the City Fertility Centre clinic. In Brisbane he consults at Brisbane Private Hospital on Wickham Terrace. Andrew continues to perform gynaecological surgery at John Flynn Hospital and procedures at Robina Procedure Centre and Brisbane Private.

Andrew obtained his medical degree at Sydney University and after graduation, trained in Sydney, Chelmsford and Bristol in England, and finally Townsville and Brisbane in Queensland.

Andrew previously worked as a specialist in country NSW at Bathurst for 10 years and was involved in establishing an IVF unit in nearby Orange.

Since moving to the Gold Coast 17 years ago he has worked mainly at John Flynn Hospital but also at Tweed Heads District and Robina Hospitals. He was instrumental in introducing water births as an accepted option for birthing women at JFH.

Recently he has stopped delivering babies to concentrate on gynaecology and infertility. In May 2010 he accepted the position of Medical Director for City Fertility Centre- Gold Coast and prior to that he was the Clinical Director since the Clinic began at John Flynn Hospital in 2004. Andrew is also Medical Director of Stemlife, which is a company that collects and stores umbilical cord blood stem cells throughout Australia. He is also Medical Director of Q-Cell, a stem cell laboratory, which processes stem cells from cord blood.

Andrew is married with 6 children.
