Dr Dunn graduated from the University of Queensland and completed his residency at the Royal Brisbane and Women’s Hospital and Gold Coast Hospital. He then spent 7 years in rural and remote medical practice in Queensland including 4 years as a Medical Superintendant of regional country hospitals and working in Aboriginal health.

He then completed his specialty training in Obstetrics and Gynaecology and became a member of the Royal Australian and New Zealand College of Obstetricians and Gynaecologists. During this time he spent 4 years training in a tertiary obstetric hospital and 18 months working in a High Risk Obstetric Unit. Dr Dunn also worked as a University Lecturer in Obstetrics and Gynaecology at the University of Otago, New Zealand for several years.

Dr Dunn established his private practice on the Gold Coast in 2003 and his main interests are in Complicated and High Risk Obstetrics, Gynaecology, Infertility IVF, and the Laparoscopic treatment of Endometriosis and Infertility. His broad based training prior to specializing in Obstetrics and Gynaecology has given him a highly holistic approach to all areas of his specialty practice.

Dr Dunn has recently relocated his Consulting Room to Pindara Specialist Suites on Pindara Hospital Grounds and provides services in Obstetrics, Gynaecology, Infertility treatment for males and females, treatment of abnormal Pap smear, Laparoscopic surgery, and Endometriosis treatment."
